Tradition and Future on Stage with “Imprese Aperte” and “Festival Verdi Off”

We are pleased to announce our participation in the “Imprese Aperte” initiative and the “Verdi Off” festival, offering visitors a unique cultural and sensory experience: an immersive journey that will combine the excellence of Parma’s pork butchery with the magic of Giuseppe Verdi’s opera.
The event will take place at our factory in Langhirano and will transform the traditional guided tour into an unexpected stage, thanks to the collaboration with the Lynus Collective.
“MEMORIAEFUTURAE”: When Tradition Meets Art
The heart of the initiative will be the show “MEMORIAEFUTURAE” (Memory and Future). Starting from family tradition and the history of the company, the tour will be interspersed with appearances by a mysterious character who will take visitors on a journey through space and time in the name of “Parmigianità,” amid local cured meats and the music of Giuseppe Verdi.
The show will blend perfectly with the production environment, led by an exceptional cast:
- An actress who will be able to weave the narrative between the past and the future.
- A violinist and an opera singer will offer moments of intense emotion with their performance of the most beautiful pieces from Giuseppe Verdi’s La Traviata, bringing opera culture directly to the aromas of the aging process.

A Bridge Between Business and Culture
This initiative will strengthen Salumificio La Torre’s ties with its local area and with events of high cultural value promoted at local and national level, such as “Imprese Aperte” and “Verdi Off.” The goal will be twofold: to allow the public to discover the care and passion behind our products, while offering a high-level cultural experience that is accessible and surprising.
We look forward to seeing you on this extraordinary journey on October 18 and 19, and we thank the Lynus Collective for their collaboration.
