For the First Time at Prosciutto di Parma Experience
From September 4 to 6, 2026, Salumificio La Torre takes part for the first time in Prosciutto di Parma Experience, the new area dedicated to discovering and tasting PDO Prosciutto di Parma as part of the Festival del Prosciutto di Parma in Langhirano.
For our company, this event represents an important opportunity to meet enthusiasts, industry professionals, and visitors from across Italy and more, while sharing the values that always guide our work: respect for tradition, artisanal craftsmanship, and a commitment to quality.
Throughout the event, visitors can discover the world of PDO Prosciutto di Parma through tastings of 18-, 24-, and 30-month-aged Prosciutto di Parma, informative sessions, and the story of the journey that takes each of our prosciuttos from the careful selection of raw materials to the end of its patient aging process.
