A New Edition of Imprese Aperte
On 24–25 October 2026, Salumificio La Torre will once again open its doors for Imprese Aperte, the annual event that offers visitors the opportunity to discover the excellence of the Parma area’s local producers through guided tours and opportunities to meet the companies behind them.
Also this year we will be delighted to welcome visitors, families, and food lovers to share the story of our company and explain the journey behind the production of Prosciutto di Parma PDO. Our guided tours will give guests the opportunity to explore our production facilities, learn about the different stages of the curing process, and gain a deeper understanding of the tradition, expertise, and artisanal care that have always distinguished our work.
